5. Modification of Activities and Rewards Policy:
• Social Strudel values the dynamic and evolving nature of brand marketing strategies. Accordingly, companies utilizing our platform retain the right to cancel, modify, or otherwise alter activities or rewards at any time, even after such activities have been completed by ambassadors. This flexibility allows our partners to adapt their campaigns to real-time market demands and ambassador performance insights. We encourage our brand partners to communicate any changes transparently and promptly to maintain trust and integrity within their ambassador communities.

6. Privacy:
• Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of this information as described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Third-Party Links and Content:
• Our platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. We do not endorse or control the content, products, or services provided by these third parties.
• You access and use these third-party websites or services at your own risk, and we are not responsible for any damages or losses resulting from your interactions with them.

8. Limitation of Liability:
• We strive to provide accurate and reliable information, but we do not guarantee the completeness, accuracy, or reliability of any content on our platform.

12. Creator Hub Usage:
• The Creator Hub on Social Strudel is exclusively designed for companies seeking to discover and invite content creators to their ambassador programs.
• Companies agree to use the Creator Hub responsibly, adhering to all platform policies, and to only send invitations to creators in accordance with the rules set forth by Social Strudel.
• Companies can manage their visibility within the Creator Hub through their Profile Settings.

13. Company Center Access:
• The Company Center is intended for creators on Social Strudel looking to connect with companies for ambassador opportunities. Creators must verify their social media accounts to participate and can apply to available companies listed in the Company Center. Once a creator is approved by a company, they will no longer have access to the Company Center. Creators acknowledge that their social media pictures, videos, and follower counts may be displayed to companies to facilitate informed decisions.
• By using the Creator Hub or Company Center, users agree to comply with all applicable laws and Social Strudel policies. Social Strudel reserves the right to modify or discontinue these sections at any time, without notice. While Social Strudel facilitates connections between creators and companies, any disputes arising from these connections are to be resolved between the parties directly. Social Strudel is not responsible for mediating disputes.
• By accessing and using the Creator Hub and Company Center, users acknowledge and agree to these terms.


14. Unlimited Usage Rights for Companies:
• By participating in Activities through the Social Strudel platform, creators grant participating companies an unrestricted, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive, fully-paid, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable global license to use, reproduce, distribute, create derivative works of, display, and perform the content submitted as proof of completing an activity in any media formats and through any media channels (the "License").
• This License includes, without limitation, the rights for the company to adapt, modify, repurpose, and use the submitted content for any commercial or non-commercial purposes, including but not limited to marketing, advertising, promotional activities, or any other purposes the company deems fit without requiring further permission from or payment to the creator or any other party.
• Creators acknowledge and agree that upon submission of their content as proof of activity completion on the Social Strudel platform, they waive any claims to ownership, royalties, or remuneration for any use of the content by the companies as described herein.
• It is the responsibility of the creators to ensure they have the necessary rights and permissions to grant this License for the content they submit on the Social Strudel platform.
