A gamified ambassador platform where brands post activities and creators earn points for real rewards.
Started as an idea in 2019, began building in 2023, and officially launched in 2025.
Headquarters in Phoenix, AZ with a remote‑first product team.
We saw too many platforms treating creators like transactions instead of partners, so we built a system that rewards genuine collaboration.
By combining an intuitive Brand Portal, a Creator Hub, and an Ambassador App where activities earn points that can be redeemed for rewards.
Our Story
2013
Snack Box Beginnings
Mike Beletz and Andy Hawel launch MunchPak, a subscription box filled with hard‑to‑find snacks from
around the world, shipping out of Phoenix.
Instead of buying ads, they send boxes to YouTubers and Instagrammers and encourage real customers to
post unboxings.
Word spreads fast, and what starts with a handful of boxes grows into millions shipped worldwide.
2019
The Idea Spark
While running MunchPak, Mike noticed the company was constantly receiving DMs from devoted fans requesting free samples to review or just wanting to get involved somehow in what they were doing. Most brands would dismiss these requests, but he saw an untapped business opportunity.
He sketches out a simple idea: brands set activities, fans earn points, points unlock rewards.
2022
Exit and New Chapter
Mike and Andy successfully exit from MunchPak and enjoy some downtime, but the ambassador platform concept stays top of mind.
2023
Dream Team Reunites
The original crew dives in and gets to work, turning those simple sketches into a fully functional platform.
2024
Quiet Beta
Version 1 goes live.
